Recently, the analysis results of Guangzhou Petrochemical's new homopolymer polypropylene product H1005 were released. The analysis results show that the 300 tons of products produced in this trial production have reached the factory standard of high-quality products. The successful development and production of this product meets the customized needs of customers and further enriches the company's polypropylene product structure.
Homopolymer polypropylene H1005 is another new product successfully developed by Guangzhou Petrochemical's No. 1 polypropylene unit based on the original board material. It has the characteristics of good toughness, high strength, and excellent processing performance. It is mainly used for the production of load-bearing boards. This year, Guangzhou Petrochemical learned about customers' optimization needs for board materials during visits, and combined with existing board material production experience, decided to develop and produce it in the No. 1 polypropylene unit. During the production process, technicians and operators worked together and operated meticulously, and adjusted the production load and key parameters in time according to changes in the trial production process, ensuring the smooth output of new products.
