China Petroleum Network News (Correspondent Zuo Lei) On June 24, Bohai Drilling successfully completed the drilling of two wells on the SN115 platform in the Total market in Southern Jiangsu. Among them, the SN0115-03 well was completed at a depth of 3,904 meters, with a maximum displacement of 1,149.5 meters, and a drilling speed increase of 1.5%, breaking the Total drilling cycle record in Southern Jiangsu and creating a new speed-up template for the efficient development of small wells.
Total's market in southern Jiangsu has high process requirements and a fast production pace. The Bohai drilling probe has the characteristics of platform well construction, full-chain planning, benchmarking with the same platform, and potential tapping in all links. The "list" management is implemented, and each point of production organization is carefully scrutinized, which has increased the speed by 2.3% year-on-year for the same type of wells. At the same time, the site has broadened its thinking, fully analyzed, and made decisive decisions in response to production problems. When the formation did not drop inclination after drilling into Liujiagou and the drilling time was slow, the drilling time, tools and other data of the same layer were compared. After scientific research and judgment, the drilling was quickly adjusted to achieve "one-trip drilling" and complete drilling, increasing the speed by 1.8%.
On this basis, we will give full play to the integrated effectiveness of geological engineering, strengthen detail management and process control, hold regular production meetings with relevant parties, adhere to problem-oriented approach, coordinate and solve on-site production problems, and increase the cohesion and combat effectiveness of all parties. We will set quantitative drilling parameters for different well sections, strengthen mud performance management, and carry out special measurements with dedicated personnel, time and special projects to ensure that performance meets the standards. The sand-carrying efficiency has been increased by 2.3%, and electrical measurement and casing running have been completed in one step, providing strong support for the efficient construction of small wells.
