3R PETROLEUM Announces Production Data | July 2024

3R PETROLEUM ÓLEO E GÁS S.A. (“3R” or “Company”) (B3: RRRP3), in line with the best corporate governance practices, informs its investors and the market in general of preliminary and unaudited production data for the month of July 2024.

(1) Considers the full production of the assets in which the Company has a stake and not the Company's specific stake in each of the assets. (2) Considers gas production in the Atlanta and Papa Terra assets. (3) Considers condensate production in the Peroá and Manati assets. (4) In July 2024, approximately 32% of the gas produced in Recôncavo was reinjected into the reservoirs. (*) The Company clarifies that, as previously announced, it exercised the right to compulsory transfer of Nova Técnica Energy Ltda.'s (“NTE”) stake in the Papa Terra field, having initiated the transfer process before the ANP as provided for in the Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) signed between the Parties. NTE instituted arbitration proceedings against the loss of its interest in the asset, and subsequently obtained a preliminary decision in the pre-arbitration precautionary proceedings, which determined the suspension of the power of attorney used in the proceedings with the ANP and that 3R Petroleum no longer be the sole holder of the Papa Terra Field. Therefore, in compliance with the court decision, the Company no longer presents the production corresponding to each of the interests it holds in the respective assets.

Atlanta – Petrojarl FPSO production resumed and connections completed for 1st oil from Atlanta FPSO
Production from FPSO Petrojarl resumed on July 26 after completion of maintenance that allows the platform to continue operating until 4Q24. Since then, average daily production has been above 20 thousand barrels of oil. On FPSO Atlanta, all subsea system connections and lines planned for the first oil have been completed. Adaptations determined by regulatory agencies, tests and final commissioning on the platform are underway. In the coming weeks, the campaign to install the second multiphase pumping module and connect the other wells will begin, which will contribute to the growth of FPSO Atlanta's production, as foreseen in the Company's operational plan.

Papa Terra – Scheduled production stoppage in progress
Papa Terra operation was halted on July 27 for scheduled interventions on several FPSO systems, with production expected to resume in August. The field's total average daily production in July was over 17 thousand barrels of oil until the scheduled stoppage. Additionally, the pump replacement of well PPT-50 was completed, which will contribute to the asset's production after the intervention campaign is completed, totaling 7 producing wells.

Parque das Conchas – Acquisition in progress
Enauta has entered into an agreement to acquire the 23% stake held by QatarEnergy Brasil Ltda, with an effective date of July 2023, in the Campos Basin. The completion of the transaction is subject to precedent conditions. The average production of the asset in 2024 corresponding to the stake acquired was 6.1 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day.

Manati – Production expected to resume in 3Q24
3R is the operator of the Potiguar, Macau, Areia Branca, Fazenda Belém, Rio Ventura, Recôncavo, Peroá, Papa Terra and Atlanta clusters, and holds a 35% stake in the Pescada cluster and a 45% stake in the Manati field, which are operated by Petrobras.
