Minister of Oil Receives CEO of Schlumberger

Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Mr. Hayan Abdul Ghani, received in his office, CEO of Schlumberger in Iraq, Mr. Waseem Al-Azem. During the meeting, they discussed the frameworks of bilateral cooperation in developing oil fields, through the use of modern technology to achieve common goals. The meeting was attended by the Director of Artificial Intelligence for the Middle East and North Africa, Mr. Mudhar Khan, and Mr. Jerry Worsley, Director of Pipeline and Facilities Digitization. It is noteworthy that Schlumberger International is one of the solid companies that have been operating in Iraq for decades.
