Woodside Energy Announces 2024 Interim Dividend Currency Exchange Rates

On 27 August 2024, Woodside Energy Group Ltd (Woodside) declared a fully franked interim dividend of 69 US cents per share in respect of its half year ended 30 June 2024 (the Interim Dividend). As previously announced, the record date for the Interim Dividend was 6 September 2024 and the payment date is 3 October 2024. Woodside dividends are determined and declared in US dollars.

The US cent currency exchange rate applicable to the dividend payable in Australian dollars, British pounds sterling and New Zealand dollars is based on the exchange rates realised by Woodside on market during the period 27 August to 9 September 2024.
