BRAVA ENERGIA S.A. (“BRAVA”) (“Company”), pursuant to CVM Resolution No. 44, and following the material fact issued on September 5, 2024, hereby informs its investors and the market in general that the estimated return of production at Papa-Terra was updated to early December 2024.
After the scheduled production stoppage that began on July 27, production was resumed on August 29 and stabilized at 15,000 barrels per day through six wells (PPT-12, PPT-16, PPT-17, PPT-22, PPT-37 and PPT50). After the request of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (“ANP”), the Company interrupted production on September 4th to provide clarifications on the number of people on board and maintenance activities.
In this context, the Company chose to move forward with inspection and maintenance items that were scheduled for the coming months, keeping the units in scheduled stoppage, in order to maximize the operational safety of the asset.
The Company will keep the market and investors in general informed about the expected return of operations.
