The German Offshore Wind Energy Association (BWO) has set up a legal advisory board with nine founding members. This advisory board will advise the association on a wide range of legal issues - from tender design to the approval regime to the immigration of skilled workers.
"Legal issues play a major role in the expansion of offshore wind energy. I am therefore delighted that our high-caliber legal advisory board has started its work.
