Senvion India is pleased to announce a new order (conditional) from Continuum Green Energy for 50 of its recently launched 4.2M160 wind turbine generators (WTGs), totalling 210 MW. The project is scheduled for deployment in Gujarat or Karnataka, with deliveries beginning in April 2026.

In addition to the initial 50 WTGs, the agreement allows for an increase in the order (conditional) of up to 50 units, potentially expanding the project's footprint in Gujarat and other states. This flexibility demonstrates Senvion's commitment to meeting its clients' changing needs and supporting large-scale renewable energy initiatives across India.

This order (conditional) is a significant milestone in Senvion's ongoing collaboration with Continuum Green Energy. The project will include the installation of Senvion's advanced 4.2M160 turbines, which intelligently integrate cutting-edge technologies for accuracy in control and optimisation, extending the turbine's life significantly and lowering operational costs. This turbine's modular design and site-specific adaptations allow it to efficiently meet the unique needs of each installation site.

Arvind Bansal, CEO of Continuum Green Energy,
says, "Our partnership with Senvion has consistently delivered satisfactory results, and we are excited to see Senvion launch new products. We at Continuum are always eager to invest in new technology, and we have the utmost confidence in Senvion bringing a dependable, reliable, new, and sophisticated product for our wind energy projects."

Jamal Wadi, Chairman, Senvion India,
stated, "We believe that our new 4.2M160 turbine will strengthen our partnership with Continuum Green Energy and help them achieve their renewable energy goals. With its innovative design and advanced features, the 4.2M160 turbine is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency and performance of Continuum's wind energy projects.”
