Jip Rietveld appointed as new CIO of GIGA Storage

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jip Rietveld as the new Chief Information Technology Officer (CIO) of GIGA Storage.

Jip joined GIGA Storage during his graduation period at TU Delft and has been IT director ever since.

Together with Jeroen Buis, Jip was of great importance in the development of the IT platform as it functions today. Jip succeeds Jeroen Buis, who made an important contribution to the company as CIO and architect of GIGA's current IT infrastructure.

In his new role, Jip is ideally suited to lead the further development of IT connectivity with the energy markets and external energy storage customers and to further shape the GIGA trading optimizer.

We have great confidence in Jip's leadership and look forward to him playing a key role in the future of GIGA Storage.
