ANPG, INP Sign MoU for Development of Joint Projects

Angola’s national concessionaire the National Oil, Gas and Biofuels Agency (ANPG) and Mozambique’s regulatory body for the hydrocarbons sector the National Petroleum Institute (INP) have signed a deal formalizing a partnership for the exchange of expertise in the upstream sector.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU), signed at the Angola Oil & Gas (AOG) 2024 conference in Luanda on October 2, will allow the signatories to share experiences in the areas of concession management, human resources management, joint studies and research.

The deal also aims to facilitate cooperation in the development of joint projects between Angola and Mozambique, representing a significant advancement in the countries’ respective oil and gas industries.
