The Undersecretary of the Ministry for Refining Affairs, Mr. Hamid Younis, stressed the Ministry's keenness on joint cooperation with solid international companies, in implementation of the government's directives within its government program and the directives of the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Mr. Hayan Abdul Ghani, to develop the refining sector.
This came during his reception of the Managing Director of Honeywell Company in Iraq, Mr. Mohammed Al-Shabout. During the meeting, they discussed enhancing joint cooperation between the two sides in the refining sector. It is noteworthy that Iraq signed a memorandum of understanding with the "Honeywell" company in the middle of this year, in the field of developing Iraqi refineries and energy fields.
