Aker BP Completes Annual Employee Share Programme

Reference is made to Aker BP's announcement on 23 September 2024 regarding the company’s annual share purchase programme for employees.

The programme has now been completed, with a total of 1,271,447 shares sold to employees at a price of NOK 182.87 per share. This price reflects a 20 percent discount on the reference market price and is subject to a three-year lock-up period.

Following these transactions, Aker BP holds 57,009 treasury shares.
