Since October, Bohai Drilling has stockpiled winter production materials in advance, formulated winter prevention measures, and checked equipment, pipelines, and heating facilities. At present, the company has overhauled 86 boilers, repaired 118 throttling and well-killing insulation sheds, and stockpiled a large number of felts, electric heating belts and other materials.
Bohai Drilling closely monitors the material procurement and arrival tracking process, and promotes the implementation of winter insulation and equipment hidden danger investigation measures. According to the winter insulation work, the responsible person is clearly identified, and the winter operation parameter plan is optimized and adjusted according to the operating conditions of the on-site devices, equipment and facilities to ensure that the pipelines will not freeze, the equipment will not break down, and the production will not be disrupted in winter.
Strengthen training and publicity. The company carried out safety education with winter production safety precautions and accident cases as the main content to ensure that employees' thoughts were "winterized" in advance. The drilling team formulated emergency plans and organized winter defense training to enhance employees' ability to deal with emergencies in winter.
Work hard on supervision and inspection. The company adopts system audits, unannounced inspections and spot checks to strengthen the supervision and inspection of various measures, and has a "zero tolerance" policy for hidden dangers and problems found during inspections. It comprehensively compiles statistics on hidden dangers in winter insulation work, investigates and corrects them immediately, and implements closed-loop management.
