With the launch of the winter natural gas supply guarantee work, the Tarim Oilfield has focused on key tasks such as exploration and development, production organization, and equipment management, and promoted the construction of key winter supply guarantee projects and the improvement of oil and gas production capacity in a smooth and orderly manner, and accumulated the "confidence" for people's livelihood energy use through measures to increase production and increase volume.
As the main gas source for the West-East Gas Pipeline and the primary gas source for ensuring supply in southern Xinjiang, the Tarim Oilfield has always regarded ensuring national energy security and stable gas supply as its primary political task, and has promoted the implementation of the 500 billion cubic meter natural gas reserve increase project and the 300 million cubic meter natural gas production increase project, creating a new "growth pole" for increasing natural gas reserves and production.
On the basis of carefully summarizing the experience of winter supply in previous years, the Tarim Oilfield has rationally formulated a production allocation plan, compiled an emergency peak-shaving tiered plan, clarified guarantee measures and emergency plans, and ensured that natural gas can be produced, supplied, and maintained stably at critical moments; vigorously promoted the integrated management model of exploration and development, construction and operation, and continued to promote the three major projects of SEC storage and production balance, the "ballast stone" for stable production of old oil and gas fields, and further improvement of recovery rate, orderly connecting the pre-drilling, drilling, completion, oil testing, and gathering and transportation links to accelerate the pace of production and construction.
The front of Kuche Mountain is the main block for natural gas production in the Tarim Basin. The various oil and gas production management areas of the Tarim Oilfield have launched a "combination punch" to improve the level of natural gas efficiency development. The Boda Oil and Gas Production Management Area has increased the comprehensive management of old oil and gas fields, and achieved a daily increase of 400,000 cubic meters of natural gas production capacity by implementing "lifting, draining and increasing injection" measures; Kela, Dina and other oil and gas production management areas have optimized and demonstrated 13 blocks one by one, compiled 64 well-time measures and operation tables, and promoted water control and stable production of gas reservoirs.
At the same time, Tarim Oilfield coordinated the injection and production operation of Kekeya gas storage, the construction of Yaha gas storage, and the pilot tests of Donghe and Tazhong gas storages. By the end of September, Kekeya gas storage had successfully completed this round of gas injection tasks, with the gas injection volume increasing by 22.3% year-on-year.
Winter supply involves natural gas extraction and gathering, purification, storage, transportation and sales, and has many production processes. In response, Tarim Oilfield completed 1,546 maintenance tasks of 40 sets of equipment in 22 stations with high quality by the end of September, laying a solid foundation for the "safe, stable, long-term, full and excellent" operation of the equipment.
