So far, Jinzhou Petrochemical has achieved energy saving of 4,460 tons of standard coal.

Jinzhou Petrochemical will integrate the green and low-carbon concept into the entire production process, strengthen source control and process emission reduction, promote the synergistic efficiency of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and continuously improve energy security capabilities and green development capabilities.
Strengthen basic management work and improve the level of energy management. Jinzhou Petrochemical has assigned a dedicated person to be responsible for energy consumption statistics and management, do a good job in daily monitoring of key energy-consuming equipment, track changes in the thermal efficiency of heating furnaces, and make timely adjustments. Every year, the company regularly invites the Petrochemical Energy Saving Technology Monitoring Center of the Group Company to conduct on-site tests on the operation of the unit's heating furnaces, steam traps, pump operating efficiency, and medium-pressure steam pipeline insulation to provide direction for energy-saving transformation. The company has done a solid job in establishing and continuously improving the energy management system. At present, the company has established 22 highest measurement standards.
Strengthen the application of technological transformation and improve the energy efficiency of the equipment. Jinzhou Petrochemical actively carries out low-temperature heat recovery and heating furnace waste heat recovery transformation work, and continuously optimizes the energy consumption structure. The company plans and transforms the low-temperature heat pipe network of the whole plant, and extracts all the low-temperature heat generated by hydrocracking, two sets of hydrogen production, two sets of coking, continuous reforming and other units, and applies them to the temperature maintenance of oil storage and transportation tank areas, heat sources of chemical equipment, water heating systems, residential heating, etc., saving more than 30 tons of steam consumption per hour and reducing comprehensive energy consumption by 2.5 kg of standard oil/ton; in order to reduce the exhaust temperature of the heating furnace and improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace, the waste heat recovery part of the heating furnace is transformed. After the transformation, the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace of the whole plant is increased to more than 92.8%.

Jinzhou Petrochemical has accelerated the construction of informatization, fully utilized the enabling role of digital technology in improving industrial energy efficiency, built an energy management and control system with online monitoring, real-time analysis, scientific decision-making, and precise execution, and established an energy management and control platform with online optimization of public engineering systems and energy balance monitoring of the entire plant, realizing all-round closed-loop management from energy planning to optimization control, improving the stability of device operation and the accuracy of process parameter control, and achieving energy saving and efficiency improvement.
