As at 31 October 2024, the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 595,894,217 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 15,558,000 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number of issued shares with voting rights in the Company is currently 595,894,217.
The above figure of 595,894,217 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
