Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of shareholders of the Company will be held online (only) at 10.00am
(AEDT) on Thursday, 28 November 2024.
• Shareholder letter, regarding the Meeting material, which has been sent by mail to those shareholders
who have not elected to receive notices by email;
• Notice of Meeting; and
• Sample Proxy Form. A personalised proxy form will be attached to your shareholder letter.
