Petrobras, in relation to news published in the Brazilian media about the payment of extraordinary dividends and about its Strategic Plan, informs that the statements wrongly attributed to Petrobras' Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer, Fernando Melgarejo, are not true. There has been no statement by the CFO or disclosure by the company about significant changes in the next Strategic Plan, including an increase in extraordinary dividends and a reduction in investments. Any decisions on dividend payments are the responsibility of the company's Board of Directors.

The company emphasizes that its Strategic Plan 2025-2029 is currently being elaborated and any information about the volume of investment or distribution of dividends is merely speculative. The Plan will be submitted for approval by the collegiate bodies in accordance with the company's governance system and communicated to the market in due course.
