The number of votes in Eolus Vind Aktiebolag (publ) ("Eolus") has changed as a result of the conversion of 1,300 A shares to 1,300 B shares.
The conversion has been carried out at the request of shareholders in accordance with Eolus' articles of association. The number of votes has decreased by 1,170, from 3,646,862.5 to 3,645,692.5, while the total number of shares is unchanged. As of today's date, the number of shares amounts to 24,907,000, of which 1,283,325 A shares and 23,623,675 B shares.
