Energy training organisation 3t hosted a delegation from the Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA) at its Dyce training centre in Aberdeen to discuss workforce upskilling. It focused on maritime and renewable energy sectors.
There was a tour of 3t’s cutting-edge facilities, including a lifeboat simulator, sea survival training and quayside operations.
Discussions centred on vessel decarbonisation, port infrastructure, skills shortages and preparing the workforce.
3t said it was honoured to host the MCA, and to demonstrate its commitment to global workforce upskilling in traditional and renewable maritime sectors.”
