Gary Still, CITAC Managing Director, participated in a panel session yesterday at the African Energy Week in Cape Town, South Africa. The session, titled “Just Energy Transition and the Role of Cleaner Fuels,” brought together industry leaders to discuss the critical importance of cleaner fuels in Africa’s energy transition journey.
The panel, moderated by Daniel Evans, Vice President and Global Head of Fuels and Refining at S&P Global Commodity Insights, explored essential themes such as the Central Energy Fund’s plans for the SAPREF refinery and the expanding role of cleaner fuels in supporting Africa’s sustainable energy future.
