Panoro Energy ASA (“Panoro”) has mandated Arctic Securities and DNB Markets as joint bookrunners, and Sparebank 1 Markets as co-manager, to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Thursday, 21 November 2024. A new USD-denominated 5-year senior secured bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
The net proceeds from the potential bond issue shall be applied towards refinancing of existing debt and general corporate purposes of the group.
