China Petroleum Network News (Reporter Chen Jiusong, Special Correspondent Zhang Dan) On November 26, the first batch of 8 energy storage inverter control integrated cabinets manufactured by Jidong Oilfield were delivered to Xinjiang Oilfield. This is the first time that Jidong Oilfield has mass-produced such equipment.
Previously, Jidong Oilfield successfully won the bid for 51 energy storage inverter-control integrated cabinets in the distributed photovoltaic project of remote wells in Xinjiang Oilfield, and customized green electricity replacement solutions and product designs for Xinjiang Oilfield users. The inverter-control integrated cabinet is used to solve the pain points of high cost and difficult equipment maintenance of diesel generators in remote wells of oilfields, integrate the "solar storage diesel" multi-element off-grid power supply with intelligent control of pumping units, realize the integrated coordinated control of "source diesel load storage", and meet the needs of digital oilfield construction such as single well data collection, intermittent pumping, and remote control.
Since accepting the order, Jidong Oilfield has implemented project management, reversed the production cycle with the delivery cycle, "broken down" the equipment into parts, and promoted production organization in a modular manner. In order to help users save production costs, the oilfield integrated the production resources of leading companies in the industry, actively carried out business selection negotiations and price comparisons, and selected key component suppliers. Relevant units are in step with each other and insist on "refining and refining" the delivery cycle to ensure delivery on schedule or ahead of schedule. In order to ensure the overall stable performance and reliable quality of the products, in addition to doing a good job of factory inspection, the oilfield also formed a professional inspection team to stay in the factory to ensure the "last pass" before leaving the factory.
While organizing production efficiently, the performance test of the prototype was also carried out in full swing. Jidong Oilfield restored the user's on-site production status in real time based on the power equipment, photovoltaic capacity and other conditions, so that the equipment always maintained stable operation.
