Ti-SALES, a leading distributor of waterworks and wastewater products throughout New England and New York since 1963, announced today that it has taken an investment from its management team and Truck 9 Partners. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The company will continue to operate out of its Sudbury headquarters and does not expect any material changes in the day-to-day operations of the company. Ti-SALES is confident that the investment by the management team and Truck 9 Partners will help fuel growth and enhance their ability to service customers and suppliers while keeping ownership of the business within the pre-existing team and the greater Boston area.
“I am very excited to welcome Louis Schoolcraft, Tom Garrity, and Jeff Zammett to the ownership team of Ti-SALES, and we are all excited to partner with Truck 9 Partners to continue the strong growth we have achieved over the past few years,” said Marty Mazzella, who retains a significant ownership stake in the company and will remain the chief executive for the foreseeable future. “We are energized by the new opportunities that the partnership will bring to our customers, suppliers, industry associates, and the market at large. Our focus continues to be on providing outstanding, world-class products, service, and support to the market.”
"We're very excited to partner with Marty, Jeff, Tom, Louis, and the rest of the Ti-SALES team to build upon the Company's long history of providing exceptional service to the waterworks and wastewater industry," said Kevin McCarthy, Managing Director of Truck 9 Partners. "We look forward to supporting the company in its next phase of growth."
