The Meeting is to be held at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on 27 December 2024. Due to an ongoing Canada Post strike, mailing of the Meeting Materials for the Meeting may be delayed and there can be no assurance that they will be delivered prior to the Meeting but are available online.
