At its meeting on 11 December 2024, the Supervisory Board of Metsäliitto Cooperative, Metsä Group’s parent company, elected Päivi Lindqvist as a new member of the Board of Directors of Metsäliitto Cooperative from 1 January 2025.
Päivi Lindqvist is currently the CFO of Glaston Corporation. She has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Patria and member of the Patria Group Management Team as of 17 March 2025. Lindqvist has strong experience from international executive duties. She has previously held executive roles in finance, communication and investor relations at Basware, Outokumpu and Tieto.
Nina Pärssinen, who has been a member of the Board of Directors of Metsäliitto Cooperative since 2021, will retire from the Board at the end of 2024.
