Cordiant Capital Inc is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Ewe as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, effective 1 January 2025.

Andrew has been a key member of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure for over three years, having joined the business in 2021 from Investec, where he spent four years working in the investment bank’s infrastructure and energy sector team covering M&A and debt capital markets. Prior to that, Andrew spent a total of four years at Deloitte and Mazars in their infrastructure advisory teams, after starting his career in financial audit. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and graduated from the University of Warwick. Andrew’s comprehensive financial acumen positions him as an exceptional choice for CFO.

Andrew’s appointment as CFO follows the departure of Mark Tiner, who has been with Cordiant Digital Infrastructure since 2022. In that time, Mark has made a significant contribution to the business, building up the finance function and supporting the portfolio companies.

Cordiant Capital Inc is a specialist global infrastructure and real assets manager with a sector-led approach to providing growth capital solutions to promising mid-sized companies in Europe, North America and selected global markets. It is the Investment Manager of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited, an operationally focused, specialist digital infrastructure investor listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Commenting, Steven Marshall, Chairman of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure said:
“We are delighted that Andrew has agreed to take on the role of CFO. Andrew has been a key member of the team for several years, having played a central role across the business, including supporting the acquisition of Emitel and successfully leading the fund’s debt financing transactions of over €1 billion across the operating and holding company levels. Andrew brings significant financial experience and expertise to the role, and we look forward to continuing to work with him as the Cordiant Digital Infrastructure franchise grows and progresses.

I would like to thank Mark for the significant contribution he has made to Cordiant over the last few years. I have very much enjoyed working with him and I am sorry to see him leave the fund, but I do wish him all the very best with his future endeavours.”

Mark provided good notice of his departure and thus we have been able to effect a thorough and smooth transition to Andrew, supported by the existing finance team.
