Argeo is pleased to announce the establishment of a global framework agreement on Legal Terms and Conditions (FALTC) for offshore site investigation services with TotalEnergies. The agreement has a fixed 5-year term, with two optional 1-year extensions, allowing for a total duration of up to 7 years.
The FALTC agreement with TotalEnergies will take effect immediately and is designed to streamline and accelerate global procurement processes, enabling Argeo to respond quickly to project requirements and opportunities and deliver work on both short-term and long-term engagements.
Valid for up to seven years, including both optional years, this agreement reinforces Argeo’s commitment to clients like TotalEnergies. By facilitating an expedited workflow, this collaboration empowers both companies to maximize efficiency and maintain high standards and requirements across global operations.
