Strike Provides Walyering East Update

Strike Energy Limited (Strike - ASX:
STX) advises that the Walyering East-1
exploration well has reached total depth
at 3,771m MD (measured depth) which
is located in Exploration Permit EP447
(100% net to Strike) in the Perth Basin
and approximately 5 km to the NorthEast of the producing Walyering gas
field.
The Walyering East-1 well drilled
through the primary target A to D Sands
within the Cattamarra Formation and
warrants the running of a logging and
evaluation program based on mud log
observations. The logging operations
are expected to take up to a week where
on conclusion Strike will advise of the
forward program.

Exploration Campaign
The Walyering East-1 well is located at
Lat: 30° 41' 10.1887" S, Long: 115° 31'
23.9597" E. The well is targeting Jurassic
aged conventional sandstone reservoirs
within a 3-way dip fault closure.
