"Lantmännen is a unique company that makes a real difference, and it is with great pride that I have carried out the assignment as Chairman of the Board for the past eight years. Together with our colleagues on the board, members and employees, we have further developed Lantmännen into a world-class company, contributed to increased profitability in Swedish agriculture and for Lantmännen's members – and at the same time made major investments to increase Swedish food production and strengthen the food supply. Lantmännen is a fantastic cooperative with many opportunities, but everything has its time and now it is time to hand over the assignment to someone else," says Per Lindahl, Chairman of the Board of Lantmännen.
Lantmännen's Annual General Meeting will be held on 7 May 2025. The Nomination Committee's proposals for members of the Board of Directors will be presented prior to that.
