Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Eng. Hayan Abdul-Ghani Al-Sawad, received today, Thursday, the Russian Ambassador to Baghdad, Mr. "Albrus Kutrashev", and a delegation from the Russian company Lukoil. During the meeting, topics related to the fields of oil, gas and energy were discussed.
