Ecofin U.S. Renewables Announces Investment Management Update

The Board of Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company" or "RNEW") announces that its AIFM and investment manager, Ecofin Advisors, LLC ("Ecofin"), has given notice of termination of the Investment Management Agreement. Ecofin will work with the Board towards an orderly transition during its 12 month notice period.
