Scope of the transitional Regional Energy Strategic Plan

Ofgem have written a letter to the National Energy System Operator (NESO) setting out expectations for the scope of the transitional Regional Energy Strategic Plan (RESP) and the approach to its development and governance. The letter provides a high-level view of the expected scope of the transitional RESP outputs and the development approach, timeline, and governance arrangements for their delivery.
