Diamantis brings a wealth of experience in channel sales, business development, and marketing, having held leadership roles at leading renewable energy companies, including Sunnova Energy International and Sunrun. She is known for her ability to build high-performing teams, optimize sales organizations, and develop innovative growth strategies. Diamantis' leadership and strategic vision will play a pivotal role as ConnectDER continues to scale its operations and drive transformative growth in the solar industry.

Before joining ConnectDER, Diamantis served as Senior General Manager at Sunnova, where she successfully grew a national sales organization and onboarded hundreds of dealers. She also held senior roles at Sunrun, managing sales teams and strategic channel partnerships across multiple regions. Diamantis' efforts led to substantial revenue growth and enhanced market share for both companies.
