On May 27, in the railway loading and unloading unit of the Sichuan Petrochemical Storage and Transportation Department, employee Shen Xinxu was confirming the shipping information of the aviation kerosene tank car with the receiving unit. As the train whistle sounded, the "steel dragon" consisting of 20 tank cars slowly drove out. This marked that Sichuan Petrochemical's "Little Dragon Group" marshaling mode exceeded the shipping task in the first month.
Since the beginning of this year, Sichuan Petrochemical has implemented the marketing project in depth, firmly established the market-oriented concept, and focused on improving the transportation efficiency of aviation fuel products to help effectively launch high-efficiency products. In May, the company shipped more than 19,000 tons of aviation fuel through the "Little Dragon Group" marshaling mode, doubling the previous monthly transportation volume, forming a three-dimensional logistics system with complementary advantages with pipeline and road transportation, effectively improving the flexible scheduling ability of market supply guarantee.
The "Xiaolong Group" is formed by a train with no less than 20 round-trip railway trains to realize the "special car for special purpose" shipping mode for cargo transportation. This mode innovatively adopts the "three free and one special" tank car cleaning mechanism, which not only reduces the cleaning frequency and improves the loading and unloading efficiency, but also ensures the quality through strict processes such as sealing testing and product sampling. Sichuan Petrochemical, together with Northwest Sales Company, China Aviation Oil Southwest Company and China Railway Chengdu Bureau Co., Ltd., established a real-time information exchange platform, opened up the production, transportation and sales links through a multi-party collaborative mechanism, optimized the loading and unloading process and transportation scheduling, and successfully achieved trial operation on May 1.
During this period, Sichuan Petrochemical implemented key links such as jet fuel can sealing, analysis, tank car cleaning, optimized railway loading and pipe export plant operations, and adopted a "day-to-month" model to maintain a high level of product shipments. At the same time, the company added car washers, optimized shifts, and established a process system with equal responsibilities and rights, scientific norms, and controllable risks through lean and meticulous management methods such as "vehicle tracking, process tracking, information tracking, and result tracking", ensuring product quality and controllable loading processes from the source.
"This series of measures to improve shipping efficiency has provided strong support for us to further expand the market and increase market share." Liu Yumin, manager of the Planning and Operations Department of Sichuan Petrochemical, said that in the future, they will strengthen communication and collaboration with various business links, explore a green and efficient "customized tank trucks + scientific scheduling" logistics system, and inject strong momentum into the supply of aviation fuel in the southwest region.
