Value Maritime has signed a commercial representation agreement with international marine equipment representative Bulutlu Marine, officially expanding its presence in Türkiye.

The agreement was signed on 05 June 2025 by representatives from both companies during the Nor-Shipping conference and exhibition in Oslo.

Expanding value
As Value Maritime’s commercial agent in Türkiye, Bulutlu Marine will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling Value Maritime’s products and services to regional customers.
These include the Filtree system (SOx scrubber), individual Filtree components, the Onboard Carbon Capture System (OCCS), as well as engineering and other related services.

Michela Bassignani, Commercial Manager at Value Maritime, commented,
“We are proud to collaborate with Bulutlu Marine to strengthen our footprint in Türkiye. With SECA regulations in effect, there is growing demand for scrubber systems among vessels operating in the Mediterranean. In parallel, Onboard Carbon Capture Systems are gaining traction due to evolving regulations and increased recognition as a key solution for reducing global emissions. We believe Bulutlu Marine is the right partner to support our growth in this region.”

Cem Bulutlu, Founder of Bulutlu Marine, added:
“Our experienced team has been representing top-tier marine equipment companies in Türkiye and beyond for over a decade. We’re known for professionalism and best practices, bridging the gap between client and principal to create valuable business opportunities.”
