Max Petroleum Plc, an oil and gas exploration and development company focused on Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce that it has commenced drilling the ZMA-A15 development well in the Zhana Makat Field.
The well’s primary target is the J-IIb Jurassic reservoir at a depth of approximately 830 metres, with a secondary exploratory objective in the Triassic formation below 1,300 metres.
