BOS is delighted to announce that we have signed an agreement with authorities from Senegal, Gambia, AGC, Guinea Bissau and Guinea Conakry to acquire, process and promote a new 2D long offset multi client data set for the purpose of promoting better understanding of the MSGBC Basin.

More and more E & P companies are showing keen interest for the North West Africa Atlantic Margin region and these companies are looking to improve the understanding of this specific petroleum system and invest in future exploration.

This new 2011 multiclient consists of a high quality regional program of 15,000 2D km lines from Senegal all the way to Guinea Conakry and has been designed in conjunction with expert G& G input from EGL. The BOS NWAAM survey will provide a new high quality geophysical data base, totally unconstrained by National Boundaries thus providing exploration companies with a first chance to gain a unique regional overview of one of Africa’s last relatively unexplored shelf areas.

The NWAAM survey will encourage current licensees to re-evaluate existing interests in a regional context, as well as discovering new exploration leads.

Investing in the BOS NWAAM survey will also give potential new explorers to the region the opportunity for a rapid evaluation of the region at a low entry-cost.
