AOC to launch production in Gulf of Suez

Arabian Oil Company (AOC) was successful in bidding for oil & gas exploration and development in the North West October Block located in the Gulf of Suez, Egypt. Upon execution of a formal production sharing contract anticipatively in the middle of 2005, AOC will engage in exploration activities to start the production of oil and/or gas in 2007.
