Enviro Voraxial Technology, Inc. announced that the Company will display and demonstrate its line of Voraxial Separators at the Shale Gas Water Management, Marcellus Initiative 2012 in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania on March 28-29.
The Shale Gas Water Management, Marcellus Initiative 2012 brings together E&P executives, senior decision makers, technical experts and strategic professionals working in the Marcellus to drive forward solutions at every level of water management from sourcing to reuse to treatment, recycling, transportation, storage and disposal.
In addition to the record revenue levels from the produced water industry, EVTN is also seeing an increase in activity from the domestic frac water industry. "As the pace of Marcellus shale gas production continues to develop at an incredible rate in spite of tightening water disposal regulations, there is increasing pressure on operators to re-use water resources for frac operations.
Continually evolving regulations combined with water scarcity and high disposal costs mean operators across the Marcellus are keenly adopting innovative strategies, advanced techniques and cutting edge technologies for water re-use and treatment to reduce the costs associated with managing the water resources that are critical to production" with the Voraxial Separator's many unique benefits, including small footprint, low energy requirements, high separation efficiencies, ease of installation and operation and no pressure drop requirement, the operators can achieve efficient separation in a very cost-effective manner.
Additionally, since the Voraxial is compact, complete turnkey systems can be supplied to treat a variety of fluid streams to reduce the customers treatment cost and increase the separation efficiency. EVTN continues to pursue the oil & gas industry but is also receiving requests for proposals from other industries such as mining, manufacturing and oil spill industries.
Depending on availability, EVTN will display various models of its Voraxial Separator. The Voraxial 4000 generates 2000 "G" Force, and can handle flow rates ranging from 100-500GPM. EVTN will also showcase its Voraxial 2000 Separator (flows ranging from 20-60GPM), and Voraxial 8000 Separator (pictured first paragraph -- flows ranging from 1000-4000GPM).
