Tire Factories of TATNEFT Yield the Best Products of RT

Tire size 395/80R20 of model KAMA-430 manufactured by OOO "Nizhnekamsk Truck Tires Factory", as well as three SSC tire sizes 11R22.5 of model KAMA NF701, 275/70 R22.5 of model KAMA NR201, 275/70 R22.5 of model KAMA NF201 produced by OOO "Nizhnekamsk SSC Tire Factory" have been announced winners of the contest "Best goods and services of the Republic of Tatarstan" in 2012.

The contest "Best goods and services of the Republic of Tatarstan" is held annually within the framework of the "100 best goods of Russia" Program. As a result of the contest this year the above mentioned tire sizes and models have been recognized the winners of the contest in the nomination "Industrial and technology products".

OOO "Nizhnekamsk truck tires" and OOO "Nizhnekamsk SSC Tire Factory" have been granted the right to use the contest logo for labeling their products.

The contest winner KAMA-430 of tire size 395/80R20 designed under the order of the Ministry of Defense to equip trucks KAMAZ-43501 has high maneuverability in off-road conditions and on soft ground, as well as in the conditions of all road categories (heavy marshy land, virgin snow and loose sands). The tire has high-speed properties (up to 110 km/h) and high wear resistance. The quality and safety have been confirmed by certificates of conformity (Technical regulations, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 9001) and the absence of complaints from consumers over the whole period of selling since 2008. The reliability and safety of the tire have been highly appreciated by the results of a parachute landing of a KAMAZ truck assembled with application of this tire model.

SSC tires which have also been named the winners of the contest are being made both under the order of foreign customers and for the assembly of KamAZ trucks. By their durability and environmental friendliness the tires comply with the high Russian and foreign standards and are highly competitive with similar global brands. The high durability and reliability are achieved through application of the steel cord in the carcass and the optimal design of the breaker and the bead allowing for increasing the load capacity up to 8%. The fuel saving when using SSC reaches up to 10%. The property of triple retreading possibility allows increasing the total life of the tire up to 450 thousand kilometers. Thanks to the natural rubber used in the production of SSC tires, low rolling resistance, high car adherence to the road, these tires are environmentally friendly products. The quality and safety are confirmed by the certificates of conformity (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001) and high confidence of consumers over the whole period of selling these products.
