Exium Technologies is pleased to announce that Vitzrocell Co. LTD has acquired Exium Technologies, Inc. On August 3rd, Vitzrocell acquired 100% of the shares of Exium Technologies. This acquisition is a tremendous benefit to the Oil and Gas Industry, providing a source of robust, high quality, lithium cells for the oil and gas exploration, pipeline inspection, and related oilfield operations. The acquisition has merged Vitzrocell’s expertise in lithium cell manufacturing and development with the customer service and quality centered focus Exium is known for. As a combined operation, we will have the ability to provide and develop the highest quality cells for the oil and gas industry.

This acquisition by Vitzrocell will provide for rapid expansion into the growing Oil and Gas exploration market worldwide with a North American based sales and marketing organization. The acquisition of Exium Technologies is the latest in a long line of successful development steps by Vitzrocell. Vitzrocell has already more than doubled its manufacturing facilities earlier this year as a result of rapidly expanding sales into the worldwide market for Lithium Primary Batteries (Lithium Thionyl Chloride, Lithium Sulfuryl Chloride, Lithium Thermal Batteries, Lithium Manganese Dioxide, Lithium Thionyl Chloride Reserve Ampoule Batteries, among others). In addition to the rapid growth of its lithium primary battery line, Vitzrocell has invested in developing innovative energy storage devices such as ESS (Energy Storage System), Lithium Air Batteries, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems) to name a few of the many products in production and development for the global market. Vitzrocell is a recognized global supplier of portable power solutions to OEM, Utility Meter Market (Smart Meter, AMR, AMI), Oil and Gas Markets, and Military Markets. Vitzrocell has been listed on the Korean Stock Exchange (Kosdaq) since 2009.
