Oil Products & Crude Oil Export for October 2012

SOCAR Marketing and Economic Operations Department exported 224 thousand 578 tons of crude oil from the Novorossiysk Port, 161 thousand 551 tons of crude oil from the Supsa Port, and 1 million 585 thousand 488 tons of crude oil from the Ceyhan Port in October 2012. In general, 1 million 658 thousand 774 tons of crude oil were exported from the Novorossiysk Port, 2 million 338 thousand 439 tons of crude oil - from the Supsa Port, and 17 million 91 thousand 90 tons of crude oil from the Ceyhan Port during January-October 2012. The indices of crude oil exported by the SOCAR Marketing and Economic Operations Department reflect the volumes of crude oil belonging to both State of Azerbaijan and SOCAR.

SOCAR Marketing and Economic Operations Department exported 65 thousand 101 tons of diesel fuel, and 31 thousand 563 tons of aircraft gasoline, 419 tons of stove mazout and 31 thousand 106 tons of vacuum gas oil in October 2012. In general, 761 thousand 281 tons of diesel fuel, 117 thousand 360 tons of aircraft gasoline, 2 thousand 843 tons of stove mazout and 31 thousand 106 tons of vacuum gas oil were exported during January-October 2012.

For October 2012, the average prices for oil products in the world market are as follows: petrol - (per ton) $1014,36, aircraft gasoline - $1025,58, diesel fuel - $968,32, and black oil containing 1% sulphur - $643,55.
