ESP Resources, Inc, an oil and gas services company, announced that it has signed an exclusive agreement with Tecprosol International, C.A. for the supply of petrochemicals to oil & gas operators in South America, namely the world's fifth largest oil exporter. The supply of chemicals is expected to exceed $5,000,000 over the next twelve months. The initial orders, which are in excess of $500,000 and are scheduled to ship in the fourth quarter of this year, will be for surfactants for cleaning plant equipment and pipelines.
