HRT Confirms the Filing of Guarantees to ANP

HRT Participacoes em Petroleo S.A. announces that, on April 26th, 2013, its subsidiary, HRT O&G Exploracao e Producao de Petroleo Ltda. ("HRT O&G"), filed before National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels ("ANP"), the required guarantees to allow the participation in the 11th Bid Round.

"With this step, and with the qualification as an operator "A", we create the possibility of HRT participate in new opportunities, diversifying our portfolio", said Milton Franke, CEO of the Subsidiary.
