Petrobras, in reference to previously released information regarding the sale of its assets in Argentina, informs that its Executive Board evaluated the terms of the negotiations of these assets and decided not to approve the deal based on the proposals presented.
Petrobras clarifies that this decision does not change its divestment plan as outlined in the 2013 – 2017 Business and Management Plan.
