The Moscow Refining, Gas & Petrochemicals Week is a high-level forum for exchanging ideas and experience between the companies involved in the downstream industry, for establishing new contacts or meeting old industry fellows, in order to reach one common goal - to improve product quality, competitiveness, reliability and efficiency of plant operations in Russia & CIS.
