Hardman Resources Limited announces production testing update for Waraga-1 Oil Discovery. Preparations for the production testing of Waraga -1 are well advanced with all personnel and equipment now onsite. As previously stated the Joint Venture intends to test the three separate hydrocarbon bearing zones discovered in Waraga -1.
The testing of all three zones is expected to take around 14 days to complete. The lowermost hydrocarbon bearing interval in the well will be perforated and flow tested first and operations are anticipated to commence before the end of this week.
Simon Potter, Hardman Managing Director and CEO, commented: “The testing of the oil discoveries at Waraga -1 is a significant step in the evaluation of this frontier basin. The tests will provide important information on the quality and character of the reservoir and the hydrocarbons it contains. This is key information which will Zssist us in assessing the commercial viability of the region and establishing possible development scenarios.
