Peru Suspends Auction of Hydrocarbon Concessions

PERUPETRO S.A. communicates to the public opinion that the International Bidding Round to grant Offshore License Contracts - 2013 has been suspended, due to essential modifications to the bidding terms requested by the interested companies, taking into consideration the high level of technical complexity of the blocks under bidding, within other reasons.

PERUPETRO S.A. will shortly inform about the result of the evaluations to be performed.
