Sale of Platform Supply Vessel

Siem Meling Offshore DA has entered into an agreement for the sale of the 2004 built Platform Supply Vessel “Siddis Skipper” to an undisclosed buyer at a price of USD 24.5 million. The vessel is scheduled for delivery in first quarter 2014. The sales proceeds will partly be allocated to repayment of mortgage debt of approximately USD 13.5 million.

Siem Meling Offshore DA is 51% owned by Siem Offshore Inc.
